Smart Community is Hexagon ALI’s Customer Response Management System (CRMS) and is available worldwide to all customers who purchase maintenance in conjunction with software either direct from Hexagon ALI or from one of its distributor partners.

New users

If you do not have a login yet, please request access here. Once Smart Community is enabled, you will have access to the knowledge base, software downloads etc. You can also use the same login to access free eLearning content on Hexagon University.

Existing users

Already have an account. Log your support cases using Smart Community. If you need help with your username and/or password, you can use the ‘Forgot your username’ and/or ‘Forgot your password’ links to receive a reminder of what those are.

Intergraph Smart Licensing (ISL) works in conjuction with the Smart Licensing Portal. Customer IT or license administrators can use this self-service cloud-based licensing system to manage deployment of the Hexagon product licenses inside their organization.
