Our engineers have over twenty years of professional experience, which qualifies us for designing a variety of static pressure equipment, including:

  • Volume bottles / Pulsation dampeners / Drums
  • Filters / Absorbers / Separators
  • Columns
  • Heat Exchangers (rigid, including related expansion joints if needed, U type, floating head, stacked heat exchangers)
  • Autoclaves for the Building Industry


Piping design is an important element in plant engineering and processes. Our engineering team can provide support in the following areas:

  • Facility Layout and Optimization
  • Detailed piping design of large, complex systems
  • Pipe stress analysis
  • Finite element analysis (FEA)

The following documents are issued as a result of our design activities:

  • Mechanical calculations (utilizing PV Elite and Nozzle Pro software, including Finite Element Analysis)
  • General Assembly Drawings (an adequate number of sketches in an accepted AutoCAD format)
  • Detailed Drawings (an adequate number of sketches in an accepted AutoCAD format)

In our design activities, we adhere to various codes and international standards, such as ASME Section VIII Div. 1, Div. 2, TEMA Standard, SR EN 13445, and ASME Code App. 26 (expansion bellows for rigid heat exchangers).
