Our engineers’ more than twenty years professional experience recommends us for design ( process and mechanical) a variety of static pressure equipment, such as:

  • Volume bottles/ Pulsation dampeners/ Drums
  • Filters/ Absorbers/ Separators
  • Columns
  • Heat Exchangers (rigid including related expansion joints if needed, U type, floating head, stacked heat exchangers)
  • Autoclaves for Building Industry

 

The piping design is an important element in plant engineering& process. Our engineering team can support you in:

  • Facility Layout and Optimization
  • Detail piping design of large, complex systems.
  • Pipe stress analysis
  • Finite element analysis (FEA)

The following documents are issued as result of design activity:

  • Mechanical calculations (using PV Elite and Nozzle Pro software, including Finite Element Analysis)
  • General Assembling Drawing (sufficient number of sketches in an accepted AutoCAD format)
  • Detailed Drawings (sufficient number of sketches in an accepted AutoCAD format)

In our designing activity we use codes and international standards, as ASME Sect. VIII Div.1, Div.2, TEMA Standard, SR EN 13445, ASME Code App.26 ( expansion bellow for rigid heat exchangers).
